The Oakwood Young Rider Quadrille first began in 2007 when the end of year Christmas party was held at Oakwood’s new location ‘The Meadows’, this was a great success and started off the Oakwood Riding School Young Rider Quadrille.

The last performance (2009 Christmas party) was also a success and on behalf of the Quadrille team it was a thoroughly enjoyed activity, as much as Equestrian is not a team sport, I think it was great that we all had to work as a team in order to achieve the final product that we were hoping for. I am looking forward to participating in the 2010 quadrille and hope to see it become more popular as the years go on.
